Important information to note before activating a service

Mobile phones used with an ALDImobile SIM should be unlocked and support 4G VoLTE for all calls, including to emergency services. All devices should support ALDImobile's network bands and frequencies in order to continue working after the 3G shutdown. Incompatible devices may not connect to the network, however this can be resolved by switching the SIM into a compatible device. Learn more about the 3G shutdown here.
